1. Only one entry per email address will be allowed. Entrants must sign-up to the Academy for Sustainable Communities’ newsletter by 15 December 2008 in order to be entered into the draw.
2. Entrants must be full-time, higher education students in the UK.

If you are entering our draw it's important to read our terms and conditions:

1. All promotions published on this website are subject to these rules (Promotion Rules). By participating in any promotion, you are deemed to accept these Promotion Rules, together with any terms and conditions of any relevant third party.

This promotion is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man in full-time, higher education, excluding employees of Academy for Sustainable Communities, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
3. No purchase of any kind is necessary for this draw; follow the directions and any Specific Rules for the relevant promotion as published on this website.
4. Failure to claim a gift, prize or other promotional item by the time or in the manner specified for the particular promotion will make any claim invalid.
5. No responsibility is accepted for corrupted data. No applications will be accepted by agents, in bulk or from third parties. Only one entry per email address will be allowed.

7. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion Rules, results or any other matters relating to an Academy for Sustainable Communities promotion, the decision of the Academy for Sustainable Communities shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners in person.
9. The prize winners will be chosen from all qualifying entries under independent supervision. The prize winners will be chosen within 28 days of the promotion closing date specified in the Specific Rules.
10. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity and Academy for Sustainable Communities reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs, audio and/or visual recordings of them and any media submitted by them in relation to any Academy for Sustainable Communities promotion in any publicity. Winners are asked to co-operate fully for publicity purposes if so required.
11. Any information submitted by you relating to a promotion must be personal and related specifically to you.
